Service Commitment

Jespet Agencies Limited provides premium recruitment and HR solutions. As services are customized and involve extensive professional work, our refund policy differs from product-based businesses.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refundable Services:

  • Placement Fees: Partial refunds may be considered if a placed candidate leaves within 30 days through no fault of the employer.
  • Training Programs: Refundable if canceled 7 days before the start date, minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • Document Processing: Refundable only if services are canceled before processing begins.

Non-Refundable Services:

  • Consultation fees
  • Completed background checks
  • Any service where work has already commenced

Refund Process

Request Submission: Email refund requests to finance@jespetagenciesltd.co.ke within 14 days of service completion.

Review Period: Requests are processed within 10 business days.

Approved Refunds: Issued via original payment method within 15 business days.
